Bug Tagging users who are not in the group

I created this thread as a test of what users have been reporting

Testing to see who is tagged

I tagged the Administrative group. Many members responded as tagged.

This has occurred since we began using your add-on after an upgraded to XF2.0. We did not have this issue with XF1.5. The issue as persisted since an upgrade to XF2.1.1 and version 1.5 of your add-on.

I experienced the same issue in the XF 2.0 add-on as well.

In this instance, given it's a relatively minor fix, I can hotfix the old version as well.

No new version number for the 2.0 version, though.
