Legacy Stylize the active chat tabs

It would be nice to stylize the active tab so it is easier to see which one is active at a glance.

It is already stylised, your skin doesn't differentiate between .alt1 and .alt2 if it's not showing up as different.

You can, however, manually add this if you edit dbtech_vbshout.css and find:

.dbtech_vbshout_form .dbtech_vbshout_wrapper .dbtech_shouts .dbtech_vbshout_tabs.alt2 {

You can add a background-color:#FFFFFF for instance to make all non-active tabs white background.
