Bug Stealth Items Sending Notifications?

I'm not sure if it's a bug or intended but we have stealth items sending desktop notifications when gifted. Also shows new alert received indicator although when clicked there's no alert or not visible. The point is, user still knows he received an item due to those notifications and that defeats the whole stealth thing.

If this is not a bug could you kindly disable all kinds of alert for gifting stealth items?
