Stats are calculated using a cron job, so they are not instant.

Is it possible to manually run that cronjob ?

Doing so may cause incorrect stats to be reported, so I would strongly advise you do not do this. You can get an idea of your sales by checking the transaction log.

Top right, the icon for the Cart is not working but it works on the default skins, how I can fix that?

Contact your skin developer for assistance as we cannot assist with custom skins without direction from your skin developer in regards to any changes needed on our end.
