Legacy Sort IP log by IP and filter by strikes

The login strikes viewer would be much more handy if we could:

1. Sort by IP address.
2. Filter by number of login strikes
3. Export list of IP's that match the filter
   For example: export a list of IP's that have more than X login strikes.
4. Identify ranges that match the filter.
   This allows us to ban IP ranges, instead of individual IPs.
