Legacy Show Signatures on donation notification PMs

Currently signatures do not show on the donation notification PM that is sent by the system. It would be nice if it did. We donate points to our members/players via an account that is not regularly checked and our "Please do not contact this account" message in our sig doesn't show so we quite often get people replying to the PM and it goes un-noticed for a while.

Update: vBShop v3 will implement this feature, and I have also spread the extra code for adding signatures to automated PMs to all my other mods so it should be enabled in future versions of affected mods.
