Legacy Show compromised accounts

please consider implementing this function:
If an IP address is attempting to access multiple accounts and is successful, then the accounts should be marked as compromised.
It should be possible to automatically lock the account and alert the admin.

We're looking into the best way to implement this, and it'll hopefully make it in into v2 on Monday. We want to make sure we get it right, though, so it might not make it into that release.

Please consider to show this in admincp
On a big board with 120k users a day my email is already flooded with vbulletin emails, which go straight to trash.
Add a large scale hacking attempt to it and there is really no change that I will see the email.
A log would be really helpful.
