Question Shoutbox keeps loading

I have recently updated my site to 4.1.5 patch level 1 and my shoutbox to 5.4.6 (lite). The shoutbox kepps saying it is loading. How do I correct this. Thanks

Please try reverting all vBShout templates and see if that works. Also try flushing any cache systems like vB Optimise you may be running.

I had the same problem.

I solved it doing this:

1- Reparing the cache (from the AdminCP)
2- Logging out and in again
