Bug shout stuck on loading when loged out

When loged out all the shout says is loading ..i have noticed this on here as well ..

i have the unredistered /guests ticked in the shout menu. but all that comes up is loading...

this is on firefox, ie and chrome...thanks

Fixed, re-download the product and re-upload /dbtech/vbshout/clientscript/vbshout.js
