Bug SEO URL Alias

DBSEO does not use the "SEO Alias", it uses the article title.

Regarding the "and", that currently cannot be translated, sorry

Hi.

I have a two problem about DBSeo.

First;

When i change seo url alias of an article, the changes not appear on address bar. Link shows the name of the article instead of seo url alias.

Second;

When any link have a "&" character, DBSeo replace character name to "and". How can i change this text to Turkish.
