Question Sendgrid Integration

Hello, I'm interested in your product "DragonByte Mail", but I have a question.

It's about bounces, I send all emails through an external "sendgrid" services, it´s possible to use an API of Sendgrid to retrieve bounce list mails for delete them (or block them) from my forum?

Use xenforo 1.5.

SendGrid allows you to set up a recipient email for bounces, though I don't know if XF will pick up on them.
