Pending Save templates/clone email templates

Currently I don't believe there's a way to save either a native or HTML template for future use. We should at the very least support cloning a newsletter into a new draft or ability to save native and non-native templates for reuse in future newsletters.

I agree. Makes the life of the admin a lot easier and less time consuming.
