Question reset password??

Hello, i check this plugin on my account, write my name, reset password and reset password on next forum visit, all its good "The batch update was completed successfully." but im check email, logout, login but no see nothing. Please help me, i dont know what happened.

I want reset password for people which create account between e.g 2010-2016 but first i write my name and reset password on my account, hit Update users and show me ""The batch update was completed successfully." but no see email about reset password on my forum xenforo.

To accomplish this, go to admin.php?dbtech-security/passwords/force-reset/ and ONLY fill out these boxes like so:



Leave everything else, including the user name field, blank.

Please also note it will not reset the password on your own account, otherwise you would be unable to complete the process.
