This is a low priority bug as it doesn't really affect anything. I never even noticed that before.

Actually I am unable to reproduce this issue on a default skin. Does this occur using the default skin for you?

Sorry about that.

If you go to template dbtech_registration you can see the following code: <vb:if condition="$vboptions['usecoppa']"><p class="description">{vb:rawphrase step_2_of_2}</p></vb:if>

If you remove that, that message will go away. This isn't a bug just a poor design choice left over from earlier versions of the product that went amiss due to needing coppa available.

Also you screenshot shows an error in your templates. I'd suggest making sure you're clicking overwrite when importing the XML file to make sure all the templates get updated.
