While I understand that purchasing something by accident - especially for a significant amount of money - can be nerve wracking, I don’t think it’s appropriate to call people at these hours:
Given that you too are U.K. based, we can’t even blame this on time zones
If my phone didn’t automatically go to DND at an appropriate time, I would have been far less likely to respond positively to your request
For future reference, we do not provide phone support.
