Purchases list in admin cp can't show more than one page of item searches

I'm trying to see a list of all users who own an item. Since there's no search option for item on the purchases search, I am using the filter directly on the list. However, if you click page 2 (or any other page), it will go to that page, but it actually shows the same list from page 1.

The filter feature overrides pagination, this is working as intended. The reason why an item drop-down wasn't included is that with enough items added to the system, the search form could fail to submit on certain server configurations.

The issue with that is only 20 purchases fit on a page, so it will only ever show those same 20 purchases. If 300 users own an item, you won't see 280 of them.

As for search, since a drop-down wouldn't work, what about a text box like the other search fields? (And if no item actually matches the searched name, nothing will be shown)

Thank you for suggesting this feature, it has now been implemented. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (6.4.0).
