Question Purchaser don’t get license

Someone purchased from my website and all they got was an API key and even there profile has no license history? I believe I filled out the product information correctly (this is a digital product.) I can also confirm they paid with stripe on my end I see it went through any ideas?

Then you did not configure Stripe correctly as Stripe has not sent any notification to your server.

I think I’m just messing up on my webhook end point is that just my URL for the website?

I believe the payment profile will have instructions, I don’t fully recall the setup as I did it years ago.
