Prune individual Chatroom

I noticed that when someone prunes the chat.. it also prunes all the chatrooms, maybe intergrate a /pruneall to prune the whole shoutbox ('table') and /prune to just prune the current chatroom that you typed the /prune in and it should also let the creator of the chatroom to use the /prune in his own room... just a thought...

Will def add this to the list, the /prune command wasn't designed with chat rooms in mind
