Still are not fixed. I have enabled Advanced Application Forms and getting error.

Can you try redownloading and reuploading your DBTech mods then, as I couldn't replicate it on your site when I tried it before.

Do we need redownloading and reuploading all DBTech mods? Or only Credits mod?
