Question Order fields

Where custom order fields will be displayed if user purchased a digital product? I can't find.

Custom order fields are only shown if you also have the product set up to post a purchase notification in a certain forum. F.ex. when you order a Professional Installation here @ DBTech, a thread is generated in the specified forum which then contains the order fields.
