Legacy Option for a recurring donation

I would really like to see the option for a person to select a recurring donation. I know this sounds redundant when we already have the subscription system, but I would like my members to be able to choose how much they donate and then set it to renew, kind of like a subscription, but not really.

We can take a look at this and see what we can do. Several have asked for integration into the Subscription system which might be something we can look at doing to implement the kind of feature you are asking here.
