Bug Only Giftable item can be gifted to self, bypassing restriction

An item can gifted to your own account, allowing you to effectively bypass the Only Giftable setting restriction on an item. There is basically no point in the setting then as anyone can buy the item for themselves simply by gifting to themselves.

As a sidenote, I really like the new gifting options right in the Add to Cart pop-up. It makes it clear that the item has to be gifted and stops you from purchasing it for yourself not realising -- we had this happen a lot before.
