Bug Not adding registered credits to total

Hi, we noticed today that when someone registers they are not getting our assigned credits. When a new user signs up they get 5 reward points. it shows up in the transactions but then balance goes back down. This seems to be new as we never noticed this happened. I am attaching a screen shot of the transaction log of this particular member.

Can you test this by creating a new account then immediately going to the transaction log? What does the wallet balance say?

It does not show up in the wallet but does in the transactions and not in the richest users.

I've looked into this and I can't find an issue here. Do you have a 3rd party registration form that does not use the standard XF method of registration?

Hello, no we have done nothing different. The bug just started out of no where. I have turned it off and on, set a new registration and still is not updating the wallet for the registration. People keep asking me what is going on with this. We need help with this. Thank you.

Can you please try disabling all other modifications and seeing if it works with only this mod enabled?

Yeah still no luck with it. Everything else works but the registration. Just won’t add it to the wallet

Do you require new registered users to be approved before they are registered?

I’m not in front of my computer right now so I can’t check the code, but it’s the only other thing I can think of that may affect this.

We require them to email confirmation but we have always done that. This was working up until last week then all of a sudden the registered event stopped adding the points to the wallet.
