I've just completed the installation of our new support system, coded by myself 
In short, this is Project Tools integrated with threads. We've made it so that when you post a new thread in either the Pre-Sales forum or any of our modification forums, it will ask you some support-related questions before allowing you to submit your thread.
Our aim is to reduce the amount of missed issues, and to allow you to track your reported issues in the same way you can track your normal threads (like via subscription or just the new post marker.)
To demo it, just click Post New Thread in any mod forum
P.S.: We'll be porting over the old Project Tools issues in the coming days - there's a lot of them, so have patience!
