Implemented New Item: Avatar Border Color

Compared to vB Shop, XF's version has less available items. So maybe we could add more and I think the avatar border color is a good addition to the shop. It's similar to an existing XF addon. See attached photos for details.

I second this.
I want to do avatar frames as well. (Not just colour or css, but possible images)
I got it somewhat working on my forum using DragonByte shop, by using some sneaky CSS hacks, but not ideal.

Thank you for suggesting this feature, it has now been implemented. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (6.7.0).
