What version of XF and PHP are you running?

I’m running PHP version: 5.6.30 at Siteground.
XF is the latest and greatest through the updates page ~ version 2.1.5

This is the only (active) add-on.

5.6 is a very old version and I would recommend you use 7.2 instead. 5.6 is no longer receiving security updates, so your site may be vulnerable as a result.

Please also make sure you're using the archive installer and not manual file uploads when installing the add-on.
