I know the test email feature is in progress.
Two other features would improve this plugin:
1. More information about what the addon is actually doing. For example, option to have it send email to admin indicating who has received the emails on each cron run, or some other form to provide similar feedback.
2. Option to modify how many emails are sent out at once.
