Legacy NavBar Additions

Posting this as a separate request so I can keep track of things.

Also there should be an option dropdown for the navbar to show the following:
-Donate - (takes your directly to the donation page)
-Donation list (shows everyones stats) - admin controlled which usergroups can view this
-My donations (shows how much you donated so far)
-Donation awards (showing all the awards that can be earned when donating)
