Legacy Donate box automatic month changeover

I'd like to request that with the "Monthly" option for the goal set that the default behaviour be changed to where vBdonate updates the monthly goal by itself. This saves valuable admin time each month and during the first setup of vBdonate.

There should still be an option to override this so if users want to set a month manually they can do so, but I feel as this is 2014 such a thing should be fully automated now, and by default.
