Bug Missing buttons on mobile device

On mobile device - Chrome Browser on Android - many of the buttons aren't showing.
But they do on desktop.

Buttons missing include
- Bold
- Italic
- Underline
- Font Color
- Smilies
- Create Chatroom
- Chatinvite
- Mute

BTW - If I haven't said it already - seriously appreciate all your efforts in getting this add-on over to Xenforo

This is not a bug, this is a part of the Responsive design for the Shoutbox

You will also notice that the active users side-block is disabled for mobile devices as well. This, too, is a part of the responsive design.
