Legacy Mirror link permissions

Mirror links seem to allow anyone to download at any time. I would like to suggest they are treated under the same permissions as files uploaded to the site.

So the "Can download" permission also applies to mirror links

PS: Could you please not use the mention feature in the first post of a thread? I already receive email alerts for all posts in the support forums, so it generates an extra email for no reason. Thanks!

Oh did not know that. Also I noticed that the mirror downloads dont count towards the total downloads of a file, could that be changed so they do?
