Bug Manual purchases and deletions

I may be misinterpreting the workflow here.

I as an admin purchased an item (username style preset) for a member. There's a message box when you manually add the item. I'm thinking this is a message (PC) for the user but when the purchase goes through there is no message anywhere to be found.

Editing the purchase and clicking on Edit Notice also doesn't trigger any notice.

Another manual purchase issue, when I elect to Delete the purchase I get a "Are you sure you want to Delete: 20...." There's no 20 anywhere in the name so maybe wrong phrase being used here. Same applies for any other items but with different numbers.

A Conversation is only started if you have added a user to the relevant setting in the XenForo Options.

That's the purchase ID, it has nothing to do with the title of the item.

Sorry not clear on what option you're referring to. When I purchase an item I trigger a PC from the Shop owner. When I purchase an item as admin for a user there is no notification whatsoever which is kind of odd either for the purchase notification user ID nor for the user I purchased for. I guess at a minimum I'd expect it to follow the same rules as regular purchase.
 
Just to clarify, are you talking about manually adding an item via the AdminCP, or purchasing via the front-end same as a gift?
