Legacy Long Delay From Start of Stream to Display on Channel List

Don't think this is a bug per say or more of a setting but we have tested this with several users and it takes exactly 5 minutes from the time that a user starts streaming on twitch until the channel displays the stream.

Is there a way to reduce this time?

There's no option at this time, 5 minutes were chosen for performance reasons. I'll change this thread to a Feature Request so that the time can be adjusted.
