On vBQuiz there is an import function, is this to import quizes and if so is there anywhere to get some.

It is there to import/export categories and quizzes. It is primarily to backup and move quizzes between servers. We don't have any quizzes to distribute at the moment but users are free to share their quizzes if they wish.
