Question Integration with vBShop

Hello,

We have your vBShop installed and allow our customers to purchase icons that are displayed next to their name (manually added) however thought SuperPM would be an awesome way for us to let them know their purchase has been accepted and a member of staff will add their icon shortly

We set it up so that "Shop" user was added to the list of User ID's that get a PM when someone buys something from the shop, then set up an Auto Reply using this plugin to thank the customer for their purchase etc...

The Auto Reply works perfectly on it's own if you PM "Shop" directly, however despite the automatic PM when a user buys something from the shop being sent by that certain user, logically it should send them a PM from "Shop" using the Auto Reply we had set up?

Is there a way to do this, or is it set-up to send the PM differently when buying from the shop that the Auto Reply doesn't register it's been sent?

Unfortunately not, I believe the Shop PMs are flagged as "automatic", and vB Super PMs is set up to not auto-reply to automatic PMs.
