xf:run-jobs [--time [TIME]]

I suspect that the script gets a 403 error since a few days when trying to get information about products and upgrades from your site.

We have disabled the script for now. It is not that important for us, I just want to let you know in case other people also use this (old) update script.
 
Just as an update on this:

This is likely due to overzealous security rules; we recently changed our server from CentOS to AlmaLinux, and that has reset all the mod_security security rules. I believe I've re-disabled most of the offending rules, but I might still need to keep a closer eye on the rules themselves.
