Not planned Inactivity Digest Improvements

It would be good to include a copy of the current digest in the inactivity digest rather than simply asking people to come back.

For example add an inactivity digest feature (clone current digest) and allow admin to specify a max number of latest threads, default to 20. Add phrase: "Here are some of the popular posts you missed since your last visit" or something similar.
