How do I disable Rich text editor while poting ad or keep it to simple editor?

The settings should be grabbed from the same source as everything else that uses the editor. Are you wanting them to be different settings from regular posts to how you post listings?

Only for description field I want to disable rich text editor.

At the moment I don't believe there's a way to disable it separately from the rest of the site. I'll take a look at this and see if we can introduce it.
