Duplicate Have users receive the optional message in the notification box when they receive a donation

It would be nice if when we fill out the optional field to include a message when we donate credits or we edit their balance, the recipient receives this message as of right now (I'm using the older version yet as I'm waiting before upgrading to xf2.1, but I guess the functionality is still the same), when we fill the message, it basically does nothing as I personally don't know if anyone can see that message.

The recipient will see the message in the alert, and it is also visible in the transaction log.
