Bug Hashtag smiley bug

Inserting a smiley directly after a hashtag will convert the first smiley into text.

I'll flag this as On Hold.

I don't necessarily think this is something that's worth trying to change, especially considering regular expressions are very finicky and I don't want to introduce other issues.

That being said, I'll leave the ticket open so that if this becomes frequently received feedback, I can address it accordingly.

I think it's more the inconsistancy that's an issue. The first smiley is included in the hashtag but the second one isn't.
