Where get some instructions about how to instal this produc?

Upload the contents of the upload folder to the folder where your XF2 is installed

I want to know where need to upload "XML"
in xenforo folder don't have anny about xml ,can you tell please where need to put this folder and if no need for what is ?

You don't need the XML folder, you only need to upload the contents of the "upload" folder then install it via the AdminCP.
