Bug Group icon and banner not imported from nobita

Group icons and group banners have not been imported from nobita.
Is there any way to get those back?

Group icons and banners are in the importer, and I explicitly tested this, so those steps must not have been selected during the initial import.

There is no way to recover them.

Yes, the language_code is mapped 1:1 when importing groups.

Is there a redirection script from nobita groups? All links in forum pointing to nobita groups are dead.

Would you consider adding this? The url is pretty much the same except for the group ID.

You can post a suggestion for it, but it's unlikely to be added in the short term at least.

I think its not needed. With some work I should be able to use Siropu 404 addon to find the 404's and manually add redirects.

The only thing that gets in the way is that I cannot search for groups or find groups in another way. So I cannot find the target url.

In order to manually resolve this issue, I need to be able to find social groups. DBT groups does not have a search function for groups. Nor does it have categories to browse. Its one long list of hundreds of groups. Browsing through hundreds of groups is doable if you need to find just one group, but if you need to do this hundreds of times, then its pretty close to impossible.

This is why I'm asking if you plan to add search indexing for groups. (not group discussions, but groups themselves)

Interesting. Yesterday someone created a new group. If I search for this then I find it. However, all existing / imported groups are not search indexed. So it seems to be an issue with the importer.

You can try rebuilding the search index for specific content types (to avoid a full rebuild).

What is the cli rebuild command for groups? Does it include the groups itself? I tried a full rebuild.

php cmd.php xf-rebuild:search --type=dbtech_social_group

This can also be run via the AdminCP -> Tools -> Rebuild caches -> Choose "Social groups" in the drop-down like so:
