Bug Gifting item to other user via Checkout gift options charges the recipient

Gifting an item to another user via the gift options at Cart / Checkout actually charges the gift recipient the appropriate points, instead of the gift sender who is purchasing the item. The recipient can be put into negative points if they do not have enough funds.
