Legacy Game info/Instructions link

Have a link on each game that when clicked it has a pop up with Game info and instructions on how to play.

Most games have a woefully bad collection of those things.

I dont think i want to add panel controls for this. the instructions/controls are only supposed to be relevant while you are playing, and should not make things more persuasive when trying to choose what you want to play. plus, when they click on the game it does not start playing yet anyway, so they can return without worry if they badly wanted to see that. declined, sorry.

Fair enough, I really did not care if it was there or not, just thought some people would like it.
