Legacy @ formating

I just enable the @ to show on mentions. I hadn't had it show before but thought it might make it easier for members to see what is going on and get the hang of it. Anyways...I think it would look better if the @ symbol was part of the link that is created to the member profile rather than in front of the username/link.

EDIT- Although I did manage to get what I wanted with a fairly simple template edit.
