"Failed Login Notification" Emails

Hey all,

Recently, some of you may have received an email saying something like

Dear <>,

Someone has tried to log into your account on DragonByte Tech | vBulletin Mods & Addons with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.

The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 96.31.69.67

The IP address in question is actually our server's IP (not occupied by any individual), and it was a result of a server bug that incorrectly set all our IP addresses to that specific IP address.

In other words, the server believed every single visitor to DBTech was one and the same person.

I believe this has now been resolved, and you can disregard any such emails that mentions that specific IP address.
