Pending Event trigger for buying a user upgrade

i would love to have a new trigger, so i can give users some credits who buys a user upgrade on my site.

I would fund the development.

Seconded, it would be very useful. Also, I think the event should also be triggered when the user upgrade is automatically renewed by a subscription.
