Bug Error: Your product DragonByte SEO requires email validation.

I can´t download the plugin, I have this message in my member area:

Error: Your product DragonByte SEO (Licence Key: XXXXX) requires email validation.
Please check the email address you use to login to PayPal with for an authorisation link.
If you do not see the authorisation link, send an email to confirmation@dragonbytetech.com from the email address you use to login to PayPal with (subject & body does not matter), and we will unlock your purchase.

You must click the link found in the email sent to your primary PayPal email address.

Yes, but I have not received the email to activate the product (I have checked the email of Paypal too). The only one email i have received was to activate this forum account.

In that case, please use your PayPal primary email (this may be different to the email you use to login to PayPal with, check your account to see which address is currently listed as the Primary address - don't change it now) to email the confirmation service as per the above instructions.

Two days after the purchase and still I can´t download the plugin, I need a solution please!!!

I have manually unlocked the purchase for you. I would strongly recommend changing your primary PayPal email address to an address that you are able to receive emails from, otherwise you may miss out on important security emails from PayPal as well as emails from other merchants.

Thank you. It´s the first time that this happens, I receive all the emails from Paypal about payments, changes in my account... I don´t know why I have not received this email
