Bug Error log file

Very often i get those errors on my forum root (error.log file)

[11-Feb-2015 04:46:34 America/Denver] PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function query_first() on a non-object in /home/mysite/public_html/forum/dbtech/vbarcade/systems/ipa.php on line 29

some tips or solutions?

i have php 5.5.16

Please provide step-by-step instructions for how to replicate this issue so I can see it in action.

You may need to turn on error output to screen rather than simply logging it.

I can not replicate error ... users what play some games maybe cause this errors. No errors on site.

Do not know what i must do?

Is display_errors turned on in php.ini, and have you made sure SKIP_ALL_ERRORS is not defined in config.php?

I have SKIP_ALL_ERRORS in my config.php and dispaly_errors on in php.ini file!

Try removing SKIP_ALL_ERRORS from config.php then, as it's preventing error output.
