Update: I am testing a fix for this issue locally, but I'd still like to access your site so that if it doesn't work, I can resolve it directly with minimal disruption to your site's functionality

What colour are you referring to? Most colours can be customised in the dbtech_thanks.css template. In vB4, it's found under CSS Templates, and in vB3 it's found under Advanced Post Thanks / Like Templates.

I've made a hotfix to /dbtech/thanks/hooks/dbtech_vbshout_shoutbox_start.php that should resolve this
